Borrowing a proverb, I am Jack of all trades , master of tours, dumplings class, tea ceremony, Chinese poetry. I am a passionate guide with 12 years guiding experience, with in-depth knowledge about our history, culture, i often combine my talents dumping making and tea ceremony, poetry appreciation, singing in my tours make me stand out as a very unique guide and like a close friend to my customers.

My studying and working experience:
2000-2003 : Studied in Dalian Foreign Language University
2003-2005: Secretary job living and working in Istanbul Turkey.
2005-2007: Studying in Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore
2007-2009 : Working in Beijing in tourism industry as tour coordinator
2009-2019: Living and Working in Shanghai till now, I have hosted guests from over 100 countries from solo traveler one day tour to government delegation above 30 guests traveling 15 days in China. I also often work as a travel guide and business assistant for my clients who visit factories, suppliers, souring products.

Besides work, I have many hobbies such as singing, reading poetry, collecting art, hiking, cooking, photography, horse riding and tea culture. After 3 years immersed into tea studying, I obtained a certificate as tea specialist 2018, and since then tea has become an intrinsic part of our tours. When time allows I travel abroad to explore different cultures, learn history, local lifestyle, local cuisines and visiting friends. I use my own travel as an inspiration to develop my tours and I enjoy living as local when I am traveling, I like to find hidden gems, do what locals enjoying doing........

BEST tour you can do in Shanghai If you are looking for a tour to do in Shanghai you will have no regrets using Miki's Tours. Perfect trip for my family! Thank you. Our family had a really amazing by Miki. I have made several special requests and she made it happened for my family. Really appreciate. Miki English is good. Her tour is reliable and worth the value. We walked along the small lane of the villages, learning about it's history. We had popular local food that even locals have to queue for almost an hour for it. Without Miki, we would not have the opportunity to try it. Along the way, we had lots of fun. She sing for us while taking the boat ride. I requested to try more of their local breakfast the next day and she had to wake up early to order online and monitor the delivery for me. Awesome Hidden Gems Tour! It was an amazing 2.5 days with Miki. She was knowledgable in the China history and really accommodating to the 2 children (7 and 9 years). She searched up an amazing very local noodle shop, xiao long bao shop, hotpot restaurant after finding out from our conversation, that the kids love them. She even brought along fish food for the kids to feed the fishies! We all loved the back alley walk especially, as it shows a different side of SH we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Love her sharing of chinese poetry even though I don’t really understand them, it does add a different dimension of beauty to the pretty gardens we visited. Highly recommended! Excellent experience with Miki Tours!!! We chose Miki Tours to arrange a seven day private tour of Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing & Shanghai. We were 4 people including my parents and my cousin. We flew from Jakarta, Indonesia and landed at Shanghai. She had arranged our transfer smoothly from airport to Hangzhou. During the tour, we were hosted by Miki, she has good personality, hospitality, helpful and excellent in giving the tour. She is fluent in English. She also has very good knowledge in tea. We tried different kind of tea during our tour. She hosted us until the program in every day is finished even though more hours needed. During the tour there was time that I & my cousin need to go by ourselves very very early in the morning and she sincerely helped us to arrange the car. Once we had still time after the program and she took us to the place that we could see beautiful sunset in Hangzhou. Very Professional! travelled with my family (6 members) to Japan and China in July/August 2017. I made arrangements to have a private guide in every city we visited. I contacted Miki in Shanghai. I would like to start this review by saying how proffesional Miki is. She arranged airport transfers and suggested Hotels of different ranges. As soon as we landed in Shanghai Miki contacted us by phone to make sure we had arrived safely and to be sure we had no problem finding the driver, which we did not. During our three days stay in Shanghai Miki was always in contact with us to make sure nothing was needed. Incredible. Our stay in Shangahi was very short. However Miki arranged a one day tour of Shanghai and a one day tour of a Water Village. Our guide in Shinghai was Tania. Her level of English is outstanding. We enjoyed very much the day we spent with her. If you make arrangements with Miki I would strongly suggest that Tania be your tour guide in Shanghai. We spent one day visiting two water villages. In this tour I would say that Miki was not our guide but our host. First we visited Jinze village which is still an undeveloped water village in terms of Tourism. Miki has a Tea House in Jinze were we had lunch. A seven course lunch of Chinese delicacies. Every dish was delicious. After lunch we moved to Xitang village (site of the film Mission Impossible III) which is a water village that has been developed for tourism . It was an incredible experience to have the chance to see what a water village looks before and after being developed for tourism. Miki was a farm child that speaks three lenguages and has her own businness. She has lived in Turkey and Singapour and in different Regions of China. Just the chance to get to know her and be able to hear her story is worth the trip to Shanghai. I would definetely recommend contacting Miki if you are looking for a private guide in Shanghai.
