My wife and I booked Julia via Synotrip for a trip to the Great Wall section at Mutianyu. Communication was excellent, initially via email and later via Whatsapp. Julia shared an upfront plan with us and arranged for a driver to pick her and us up in Beijing. She arranged the cable lift tickets for us and hiked a portion of the Great Wall with us, while sharing great insights into the history of Beijing and the wall. Afterwards we had a nice lunch in a local establishment. Julia’s English is exemplary, and you can tell she is an experienced tour operator, offering her services across China. She was able to arrange a good different guide for us for a separate daytrip when she was not available herself. Julia was our guide while we were in beijing. Her knowledge, explanation on the attraction sites were excellent. She is fluent in her spoken English which is paramount in making our visit to beijing a success and enjoyable. Right from the start of communicating with Julia via email, she was always quick to response and give timely and accurate advise to our queries. Julia has even gone out of her way to assist us order and deliver chinese tea cups to our hotel in xian after we have left beijing for xian. Her service is impeccable. Highly recommended. Julia has been amazing, she found us an incredible driver to do exactly what we wanted though it was a rare route and a very complicated plan by us. She has been always helpful and supportive for all our needs by staying online all the time, and also found another driver for the transfer to the airport with a very short notice when we were told suddenly by the airport that our flight was cancelled and we were offered another flight that was not coordinated with our original plan at all, and that was the only choice. It was a terrible case, and we were panic, so we tried to call Julia, she was calm and patient, analysed the situation to us, and offered solution, we felt released and had confidence in her and everything went very well and we managed to be on schedule! She is not only a guide, a tour organizer, but also a friend that you can absolutely rely on.We highly recommend her to everyone who needs to tour around China. We were 3 of us who arrived in Beijing this June. From our pickup at the airport till our departure for Xian via the speed train, Julia and her driver provided top-notch customer service. Julia was very proficient in English and provided detailed information of the sites we visited. She was very responsive and sensitive to our needs and helped us in every way possible. Two of us in our 3 member private tour were seniors and had issues with walking. Julia found wheelchairs and assistants to ensure we were able to maneuver the wide expanses of Tianamen Square and the Forbidden City. Without this assistance we would have not enjoyed our tour, One of the highlights to our tour was to see the great wall of China. She found the easier way for us to walk and be able to view this great site. It was my third time to see this great wall and it seemed fresh and new again. Our sightseeing of the rest of our schedule was comfortable and according to our pace. Julia gave us time to enjoy each of the sights and answer all our questions. This major city became personal and manageable because of Julia's explanations of the way of life here and how people lived. The city was very clean and looked orderly. For a major place, people seemed friendly and approachable. The beautiful flowers and the landscaping around the place softened the environment of skyscrapers and tall buildings. I want to thank Julia specifically for helping me with my luggage and making sure weight passed the train requirements. We also had great lunches with her and the restaurant she had brought us were high-end and offered fantastic meals. Thank you also to the driver who drove us safely around this busy city.
