Guide will pick up you from your lobby of your hotel in ShangHai , after take the metro station to ShangHai Bus Station , from there we can take the bus to WuZhen ( takes about 2 hours by bus ) .
Wuzhen is a Southern Town with 1300 years history, ancient town in Jiangnan region, also named "land of fish and rice, silk". Although Wuzhen has experienced thousands of years of vicissitudes, it still completely preserves the original style and layout of the ancient towns. The wood carving and stone carving techniques on beams, columns, doors and windows are very exquisite. The local residents still live in these old houses. The whole town is connected by River Street and Bridge Street. The cross shaped river system divides the whole town into four blocks: the east gate, the south gate, the west gate and the north gate.
