About this place

Some 30 km away from Taza city is the location of one of the deepest caves.  It is believed that this is the deepest cave in this part of the world. For now, people can go down 500 steps. There are several passages available for visitors to explore and there are also guided tours. While one can enter alone and pay less it is always better to use an experienced tour guide who is in charge of safety and always provides excellent explanations to all questions regarding the site.

At this point, there are also some uninvestigated parts of the cave while people went down for about 272 meters. That is not the bottom of the cave which is rich in amazing rock formations, stalagmites and stalactites.
