I just came back from Qingdao last weekend, the beach is so beautiful, the sea is clear, blue blue blue, and the sands are soft and clean, well, i little bit hot when you walking on the sands. It`s a sunny day when i was there, many people and kids swimming there, i just cant wait to join them even it`s 12 o`clock in the noon time.



The sea is cold and swimming inside in this hot Summer time, is really a good way to kill the hot, but be sure to keep the sun block with you all the time, and redo it every hour when you swimming, or you will get a serious sun burnt like i did. It`s still hurt now. Ouch!

These year, Yoga this kind of soft exercise become more and more loved by office ladies, and i started doing yoga last year, and found few men start join us now, it`s really nice to see.

 

I heard a lot about Over the Bridge Noodles, and even saw a TV how to make it and what`s the special. First put the rice noodles into a big bowl, second put the supper hot soup and then, choose the vegetable and the meat you want to have, throw then all into the big bowl, and cover it, wait till 5-8minutes the Over the Bridge Noodle is ready to eat.  The meat should chopped into very thin pieces so it`s really fresh and tender when you have it.

Fei Lai feng is a part of Ling yin Temple, on the side of the mountain are large Buddhist rock carvings, and people said why it`s called Fei lai feng coz it`s not looks like natural, in some degree it`s more like flew from somewhere else.

Stanley Main Beach is a wonderful place in Hong-Kong, the sand here is very soft and the sea here is quite blue, when it`s get hot, many people will come here to enjoy the sun bath or surfing here, some people will play beach volleyball here.

And when it`s sunset, the beach become even more nicer when than daytime, and people leaving, the sea become really quiet, you can feel like only you and the sea here, i like that.

Can not believe that we missed Han Dynasty Tombs when last time we went to Yangzhou.  Last time after we went to Da Ming Temple, we thought about there should be somewhere else to go, but we couldn't think about, and when we got back to hotel it was late and we were so tired.

But i will go back to Yangzhou next year, this time wont miss it anymore, it will rank up to the first place to go.

I went there last Friday night, it was so crowed and since i havent go there for a long time, many thing changed, but good changes.

The servise there is better now, and the food the drinks still good as before, Sangria and the chicken salad are always my order there.

And the music there are nice too, anyway, always a good place to hang out with your friends and talking, and enjoying the music there on the weekend....

Flower are everywhere, a real delight to the eyes and senses, and you can feel the folk culture is real here!! i would love to come back every year!
